School Grounds Cleanup & Mulching Day Sign Up Here
We need volunteers to help clean up and spread mulch around the DDMES school grounds. The mulch will be provided by the county school system. Please bring regular yard tools - rake, shovel, pitchfork, etc. - if you have them. Wheelbarrows and work or garden gloves would come in handy, too.

Movement Room Update Volunteers Sign Up Here
We need volunteers to help paint and equip the Pre-K and ECS movement rooms on the first teacher workday of the year. Needed tasks include painting the movement rooms, moving furniture and equipment, and installing new equipment. Volunteers are encouraged to bring tools to help with equipment installation.
September 19th, 2022 thru the End of the 2022-2023 School Year
8:45 am - 9:15 am and 3:45 pm to 4:15 pm
Carpool Support Volunteers
We need assistance with carpooling. If you can and have time to come to school for drop-off and pick up, please sign up and assist the DDMES Staff with carpool.
**Note: When signing up, time slots are for when carpool is open and running. When you signup, you will need to account for an APPROPRIATE arrival time, for your shift, so you don't get stuck in the lineup before your carpool shifts starts.
Travel Time: Drop Off Carpool starts at 8:45 am, families start lining up buy around 8:25-8:30 am. Plan to arrive before this time to ensure you don't get stuck in the line to come and park.
Travel Time: Pick Up Carpool Starts at 3:45 pm, families start lining up buy around 2:35 - 2:45 pm. Plan to arrive before this time to ensure you don't get stuck in the line to come and park.
Duties will include:
Welcoming students and Dismissing students
Opening car doors in the carpool front line
Assisting teachers with supporting students and more as directed by the Carpool Lead DDMES Staff.
